Day 1 – Arrival in Nairobi
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Meet and greet by your safari guide and transfer to your Nairobi hotel. Overnight in Nairobi.
Day 2 – Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Drive to Amboseli National Park, famous for its elephant herds and breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Afternoon game drive. Overnight in Amboseli.
Day 3 – Amboseli Full-Day Game Drive
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives. Spot elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and over 400 bird species. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 4 – Amboseli to Lake Naivasha
Depart for Lake Naivasha in the Great Rift Valley. Afternoon boat safari to see hippos, birdlife, and possible walking safari at Crescent Island. Overnight at Naivasha.
Day 5 – Lake Naivasha to Maasai Mara
After breakfast, drive to the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Afternoon game drive en route to the lodge. Overnight in Maasai Mara.
Day 6 – Full-Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara
Spend a full day exploring the Mara. Search for the Big Five and other wildlife across the savannah plains. Optional hot air balloon safari at sunrise (extra cost). Overnight at Maasai Mara.
Day 7 – Maasai Mara to Uganda (Bwindi Forest)
Morning game drive then transfer to airstrip/road for journey into Uganda. Arrive at Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home of the mountain gorillas. Overnight at Bwindi.
Day 8 – Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
After breakfast, embark on the highlight of your safari – gorilla trekking. Hike through dense forest led by expert rangers until you encounter a gorilla family in their natural habitat. Spend an unforgettable hour observing them. Overnight at Bwindi.
Day 9 – Bwindi to Entebbe / Kampala
Depart Bwindi and travel to Entebbe (or Kampala). Afternoon at leisure. Optional visit to local craft markets. Overnight in Entebbe.
Day 10 – Departure
Breakfast and transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your outbound flight, marking the end of your adventure.
