Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by your driver-guide and transferred to your budget hotel in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you may explore the city or relax at the lodge. Overnight stay in Arusha.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its ancient baobabs and large elephant herds. Enjoy a full-day game drive with picnic lunch inside the park. Dinner and overnight at a budget campsite or lodge near Tarangire.

Day 3: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park

Leave Tarangire after breakfast and drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands towards Serengeti National Park. Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive across the endless plains. Dinner and overnight at a budget camp or lodge in Serengeti.

Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti

Spend the whole day exploring Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. Look out for lions, cheetahs, leopards, and – depending on the season – the Great Migration. Overnight at your Serengeti budget accommodation.

Day 5: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti before heading towards Ngorongoro. Arrive at the crater rim in the late afternoon and take in the breathtaking views. Dinner and overnight at a budget lodge or campsite near the crater.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater – Lake Manyara

After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day safari. Spot black rhinos, elephants, hippos, and abundant birdlife. Later, drive to Lake Manyara area for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Lake Manyara – Arusha – Departure

After breakfast, enjoy a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions and pink flamingos. Later, return to Arusha for lunch before your transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
