Itinerary

Day 1 — Immersion, Wildlife & Nature

Time Activity
Early Morning (around sunrise) Nairobi National Park — Head out early to catch the animals when they’re most active; you get good light for photos. It’s not far.
Mid-Morning David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust — Visit orphaned elephants; feeding time and walk with baby elephants if available.
Lunch Return to Eden Residence; enjoy lunch on the deck with views of the forest lagoon. Use this time to relax.
Afternoon Giraffe Centre — Get close to Rothschild giraffes, enjoy the sanctuary forest. Then maybe Karen Blixen Museum to understand local history and the “Out of Africa” heritage.
Late Afternoon / Evening Back to Eden for spa / wellness treatment. Enjoy bird-watching, forest walk on the property or neighbouring sanctuary forest. Dinner under the trees or at The Deck for sunset.

Day 2 — Culture, Art, Local Life & Relaxation

Time Activity
Morning Start with a leisurely breakfast. Then perhaps a creative workshop: visit the in-house Artisanal Gallery, or take a private class/piece making with a local artist. Eden offers curated art / craft experiences.
Late Morning Head into Nairobi city proper: visit Nairobi National Museum for history and culture, then Nairobi Gallery (for local contemporary art) or visit some local studios in Karen / Lang’ata.
Lunch In Karen: there are some excellent cafés or restaurants in the area. Could be relaxed, with a view.
Afternoon Choose one of:
• A nature walk in the indigenous forest near the hotel.
• Ngong Hills for a hike if you have energy.
• Shopping / crafts: galleries, artisan shops in Karen; possibly a craft market.
• Relax at the hotel — perhaps another spa session, reading, photography, birding.
Evening For your final night: a special dinner. Perhaps arrange private dining under the trees, or enjoy a sunset drink + dinner at a restaurant with a view in Karen. Enjoy the forest sounds at night, maybe some stargazing, and wind down.
