Day 1: Nairobi/Mombasa to Tsavo West & Arrival

Depart from Nairobi or Mombasa in the morning by road or scheduled flight to Tsavo West National Park. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Finch Hattons Luxury Safari Camp where a warm welcome awaits. Check in to your elegant luxury tent overlooking the natural springs.

Enjoy lunch at the camp followed by some relaxation as you take in the serene surroundings. In the late afternoon, head out for your first game drive, exploring the park’s diverse landscapes and spotting wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, and antelopes. Return to camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Safari Game Drives & Camp Experience

Begin your day with an early morning game drive, the best time to witness predators and active wildlife. Watch the sunrise over the savannah as you explore Tsavo’s vast wilderness.

Return to camp for breakfast and spend the late morning at leisure—relax by the infinity pool, enjoy views of wildlife at the springs, or unwind with a spa treatment.

After lunch, embark on another afternoon game drive, discovering more of Tsavo West’s unique terrain including volcanic landscapes and lava flows. Return to camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Mzima Springs & Scenic Exploration

After breakfast, set out for a guided excursion to Mzima Springs, one of Tsavo’s most famous attractions. Walk along the clear freshwater springs and observe hippos and crocodiles through the underwater viewing chambers.

Return to camp for lunch and relaxation. Spend your afternoon enjoying the camp’s luxurious amenities or watching wildlife gather at the springs.

Later, head out for an evening game drive followed by a magical sunset experience in the bush. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp.

Day 4: Full Safari Experience & Optional Activities

Start with an early morning game drive exploring new areas of the park. Return to camp for breakfast and enjoy a relaxed mid-morning.

Optional activities include:

• Photography sessions

After lunch, enjoy your final extended afternoon game drive, maximizing your chances of spotting Tsavo’s diverse wildlife including lions, buffalo, and possibly rhinos.

Return to camp for a special farewell dinner under the stars. Overnight stay.

Day 5: Morning Game Drive & Departure

Enjoy a final early morning game drive followed by breakfast at the camp. Take in the last views of the wilderness before check-out.

Depart for Nairobi or Mombasa by road or air, marking the end of your unforgettable luxury safari experience.
